The operation, called "Scorpio" was held in the early hours of last Saturday, 15 within a special device for monitoring vessels suspected of illegal activities by the Department of Customs of the tax on Cadiz coast, according to a press release from the agency.
A patrol found the tax on the high seas suspected a pleasure boat, about 6 meters long, sailing without lights and headed for the coast of Rota.

They have gone to court accused of smuggling and other crime against public health, while Customs Enforcement officials are continuing investigations and no new rule arrests.
